Wataykineyap Power (Ontario)

Dokis First Nation (Ontario)

A full-service project partnership role for a 10 MW hydroelectric facility on the French River, including negotiations, development, financing, and the establishment of a legacy Aboriginal Trust. Read more…

Algonquins of Ontario

On-going role as Clean Energy Advisor to the Algonquins of Ontario in the Ottawa Valley comprising 10 communities, including development and financing of large wind and solar, and district heating projects.

Sliammon First Nation (BC)

A full service Clean Energy Advisor role to the community, developing and implementing a Sustainable Energy Business Strategy including hydro, biomass, and transmission projects.

Cheslatta Nation (BC)

A lead role for partnership negotiations and First Nation project financing for a 10 MW biomass generating facility utilizing forest products wastes in an off-grid community.

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne (Ontario)

Advised on the business assessment of a 5-15 MW biomass generating plant near Cornwall as an economic opportunity and a means to reduce the energy costs to Band residents.

The Haida Nation of Gwaii Hanas – Queen Charlotte Islands (BC)

A supportive advisory role as the Haida Nation develops a clean energy strategy for its power authority, particularly to advance replacement of 30MW of diesel power and long-term development of a large-scale (1,800 MW) wind power system.

Swan Lake First Nation (Manitoba)

An expert advisory role to the Swan Lake First Nation for development of a 10 MW wind farm, though the Principal Advisor for project.

Nunatsiavut Government (Labrador)

A comprehensive Clean Energy Advisor role developing and implementing a holistic an Energy Security Plan for this Inuit region. Read more…
